How do I get started?

Create a free account, start a new canvas, and begin filling in your business model blocks. AI suggestions will guide you as you go.

Is my data private?

Yes. Each user's data is fully isolated. Your canvases, workshops, and analyses are only accessible to you. See our Privacy Policy.

How does AI analysis work?

Bizblox sends your canvas content to OpenAI for analysis. We don't use your data to train models. AI outputs are decision support — you always have the final say.

Can I export my work?

Yes. Paid plans include dossier generation (board-ready PDF), data export (JSON), and shared read-only links for stakeholders.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Billing and use the Stripe portal, or email us. Your data is never deleted on downgrade.

I found a bug. How do I report it?

Email support@bizblox.ai with a description of what happened and any screenshots. We respond within 24 hours during business days.
