1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Bizblox ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Bizblox is a SaaS platform for creating, analyzing, and optimizing business model canvases using AI-powered insights. The Service includes canvas editing, AI-driven analysis, strategic workshops, dossier generation, and related tools.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

Bizblox offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refund requests within the first 14 days are honored.

5. Your Content & Data

You retain full ownership of all business model data, canvas content, and strategic analyses you create on Bizblox. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

We store your data securely and do not share it with third parties except as needed to provide the Service (e.g., AI processing via OpenAI). See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Data Isolation & Security

Each user's data is isolated in a multi-tenant architecture. Your canvases, workshops, and strategic analyses are private and accessible only to you (and administrators for support purposes).

7. AI-Generated Content

Bizblox uses artificial intelligence to generate suggestions, analyses, and strategic insights. AI outputs are provided as decision support, not professional advice. You are responsible for evaluating and applying AI-generated content to your business decisions.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Reverse engineer or scrape the Service
• Distribute malicious code through the platform
• Resell or sublicense access without authorization

9. Intellectual Property

The Bizblox platform, including its design, code, AI models, methodologies, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Bizblox. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

Bizblox is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for business decisions made based on AI-generated content, data loss due to circumstances beyond our control, or indirect/consequential damages.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless required by law.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Oslo, Norway.
